Stored XSS via unsanitized team SVG upload

Stored XSS in oitcode Samarium 0.9.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a malicious team SVG. The /dashboard/team image handler accepts SVG content containing embedded JavaScript without sanitization and serves the file for browser rendering. A highly privileged account must upload the file and a user must open the stored image, allowing script execution in that user's session.
