Database manipulation via unsanitized employee ID
Published Aug 25, 2025 · Updated Aug 25, 2025
SQL injection in Apartment Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through the id parameter. The addemployee.php handler places the GET id value directly into a MySQL query without validation, quoting, or parameter binding, enabling boolean- and time-based query manipulation. The CNA scoring requires low privileges despite the exploit report's no-login claim; successful injection permits database reads or writes within the application's database account.
