AMF crash via unhandled late UDM response

Reachable assertion in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.5 allows remote attackers to crash the AMF through a late NUDM_UECM response. The gmm_state_exception handler lacks a transition for a PUT registration response arriving after the UE context has entered a removed or deregistered state and falls into a fatal assertion. Reachability requires that asynchronous response race; triggering it terminates the AMF process rather than exposing or modifying data.
