Authenticated command execution via unsanitized ip parameter
Published Aug 24, 2025 · Updated Aug 25, 2025
OS command injection in Digital China Networks DCME-720 9.1.5.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via the ip parameter. The ip_block.php handler concatenates the ip argument from an action=save request into an operating-system command without filtering shell metacharacters. A valid web-management session is required, and successful injection provides arbitrary command execution and control of the gateway appliance.
