Local process crash via stale packet pointer

Use-after-free in AppNeta Tcpreplay 4.5.0 and 4.5.1 allows local users to crash tcprewrite via a malformed pcap file. The untrunc_packet function reallocates the packet buffer, but get_l2len_protocol later reads protocol data through the stale freed pointer. The local user must invoke tcprewrite with --fixlen pad on an attacker-controlled capture; successful triggering aborts the process without affecting remote services.
