Administrator-level stored XSS via unsanitized color settings
Published Aug 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in wpdevelop Booking Calendar 10.14.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through settings. The admin settings API inadequately sanitizes CSS color settings, allowing stored values to reach email-related output without sufficient escaping. Administrator-level access is required, and the injected script executes when a user opens affected plugin content.
