CVE-2025-9343Network attack vector

Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped ticket subjects

Published Dec 21, 2025 · Updated Dec 21, 2025

Stored XSS in ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System 3.3.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via ticket subjects. The ticket-subject path stores attacker-controlled text without sufficient sanitization and later renders it without context-appropriate output escaping. No account is required to submit a crafted subject, and its script executes in the browser of a user who opens the affected ticket page, enabling actions and data access in that user's web context.
