Unauthenticated SQL injection via unprepared form-name query

SQL injection in Themeisle WP Full Pay 8.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data via wpfs-form-name. The plugin incorporates the attacker-controlled parameter into an existing SQL query without sufficient escaping or preparation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is extraction of sensitive database information rather than data modification or service interruption.
