Unauthenticated monitoring access via embedded Druid credentials

Hard-coded credentials in the Druid console of yeqifu carRental allow remote attackers to read sensitive monitoring data. WEB-INF/web.xml assigns fixed values to StatViewServlet's loginUsername and loginPassword parameters while leaving its allow and deny lists empty. At the documented commit, any network client that reaches the mapped Druid login page can authenticate without an application account and view operational data.
