Authenticated code execution via unchecked desc copy

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A720R 4.1.5cu.630_B20250509 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted desc value. The setParentalRules handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes desc to strcpy without checking the destination size. A valid management token and addEffect set to 1 reach the copy; exploitation can crash the router or execute commands.
