Local crash via palette out-of-bounds read

Heap-buffer over-read in saitoha libsixel 1.10.0 through 1.10.3 allows local users to crash img2sixel with a crafted image. In verbose palette output, sixel_debug_print_palette reads palette[i * 3 + 3] as the third color byte, stepping one byte beyond each three-byte entry instead of starting at offset zero. Triggering the fault requires local execution with the verbose and palette-processing options; the demonstrated consequence is an img2sixel abort and a one-byte adjacent-memory read.
