Arbitrary code execution via unsafe DLL search

Uncontrolled DLL search in Seagate Toolkit for Windows before 2.35.0.6 allows local users to execute code through the installer. The Toolkit Installer searches its current working directory for DLLs without validating their origin or integrity or using fully qualified paths. An attacker must place a malicious DLL beside the installer and induce an elevated installation; the DLL then runs with the installer's privileges.
