Data decryption and forgery via hardcoded DES parameters

Inadequate encryption in EncryptUtils in elunez ELADMIN 2.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to decrypt or forge protected data. EncryptUtils initializes DES/CBC/PKCS5Padding with the same hardcoded Passw0rd bytes as both the key and initialization vector. Exploitation requires obtaining the application source or binary, after which the exposed parameters permit offline decryption or creation of forged ciphertext.
