Stored script execution via unsanitized event name

Stored cross-site scripting in Scada-LTS 2.7.8.0 through 2.7.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in users' browsers. The POST /compound_events.shtm handler stores the unsanitized name field and later renders it in compound-event views, where browser event handlers execute. An account permitted to create or edit compound events must save a payload, and a user must view the affected entry; execution occurs in that viewer's session.
