Incorrect authorization in MiR software before 3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to create administrator-restricted text notes. The note-creation authorization path accepts requests from low-privilege accounts without enforcing the administrative restriction. Network access and a low-privilege account are required; the reported impact is limited to unauthorized note creation.
