Session compromise via unneutralized uploaded script

Stored XSS in OpenText Web Site Management Server 16.7.x, 16.8, and 16.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors' browsers. The Asset Manager file-upload path stores editor-supplied JavaScript or HTML and serves it without effective neutralization when the download query parameter is removed from the file URL. Editor privileges are required to create the malicious CMS page, and another user's visit triggers the payload, exposing that user's session and data.
