Service interruption via WebRender memory exhaustion

Resource exhaustion in Mozilla Firefox before 142 and Thunderbird before 142 allows remote attackers to interrupt application service. Mozilla identifies the Graphics: WebRender component and an out-of-memory condition but has not published the triggering input or faulty operation. No privileges or user interaction are required; the 140.x branches before 140.2 are also affected, while Thunderbird disables scripting when reading email and limits exposure there to browser-like contexts.
