Web-server crash via unthrottled request flood

Resource exhaustion in Rockwell Automation 1715-AENTR firmware 3.003 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash its web server. The embedded web server accepts a high volume of requests without sufficient resource limiting or throttling, exhausting service capacity. No authentication or user interaction is required; only the management webpage stops, and a power cycle restores it without affecting I/O control or communications.
