Stack-based buffer overflow in Neurobin SHC 4.0.0 through 4.0.3 allows local users to corrupt process memory via crafted input. The make function combines compiler, flag, source, and output strings with unbounded sprintf into a fixed 4096-byte stack buffer. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and can crash the SHC process; higher-privilege execution is not established.
