Local command execution via unquoted filename

OS command injection in Neurobin SHC 4.0.0 through 4.0.3 allows local users to execute commands via a crafted script filename. The make function in src/shc.c interpolates the -f filename into compiler, strip, and chmod command strings passed to system() without shell quoting. A local user who can invoke shc with a crafted filename can run commands with the shc process's privileges and modify data available to that account.
