Stored script execution via crafted client name
Published Aug 19, 2025 · Updated Aug 20, 2025
Stored XSS in SolidInvoice 2.0 through 2.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted client name. The recurring-invoice page renders the persisted client-name value into its HTML without neutralizing executable markup. An authenticated account is required to store the name, and script execution occurs when another user opens the affected recurring-invoice view.
