Stored XSS via unsanitized FAQ query setting
Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Nov 13, 2025
Stored XSS in QuantumCloud WPBot before 7.1.0 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute script in browsers. The FAQ Builder saves the FAQ Query Settings value without sanitizing or escaping attacker-supplied markup before rendering it. Administrator access and a later page view are required, allowing script execution in the viewing user's browser even when unfiltered HTML is disabled.
