Remote module halt via mishandled CIP request

Improper input validation in Rockwell Automation FLEX 5000 I/O 5094-IF8 2.011 and earlier allows remote attackers to halt the module. The firmware mishandles a CIP Class 32 request while the module is inhibited, placing the module in a fault state with its status LED flashing red. The unauthenticated network request leaves the module returning connection fault 16#0010 after it is uninhibited, and operation cannot resume until a power cycle.
