Database access and tampering via unsanitized phuname

SQL injection in adphar.php in Code Projects Online Medicine Guide 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data. The endpoint places the POST phuname value directly into a MySQL query without cleaning, validation, or parameter binding. No login is required; crafted error-based or time-delay payloads can read or modify database contents and interrupt database-backed service.
