Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized Username parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Cashier Queuing System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter SQLite data through Username. Actions.php directly interpolates the POST username value into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No authentication is required; boolean- and time-based blind payloads permit database reads and unauthorized modifications.
