Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PostgreSQL JDBC URL
Published Aug 14, 2025 · Updated Aug 14, 2025
Insecure deserialization in JimuReport 2.1.0 through 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted JDBC URL. The testConnection handler passes an unrestricted PostgreSQL URL to DriverManager, enabling attacker-selected socketFactory settings to load remote Spring XML. Access to BI screen design and its data-source connection test is required; successful exploitation runs code with application privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
