Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized employeeid

SQL injection in SourceCodester COVID 19 Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data. The check_availability.php endpoint passes the attacker-controlled employeeid POST parameter directly into SQL queries without sanitization or validation. No login or user interaction is required, and crafted queries can read, modify, or delete data within the database account's permissions.
