Stored XSS via unsanitized learning-objective fields

Stored XSS in the History Page of Portábilis i-Diário 1.0 through 1.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts. The /objetivos-de-aprendizagem-e-habilidades endpoint stores código and objetivo/habilidade input without adequate validation or sanitization, and History renders the saved payload. A high-privilege user must edit these fields, and another user's visit to History triggers the script in that user's browser.
