Administrator-only web shell upload via spoofed MIME type

Arbitrary file upload in Eli Hanna Compress & Upload before 1.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to place executable files on the server. The /wpctu-api/v1/upload REST route accepts a PHP filename and body presented with an image MIME type and signature instead of enforcing safe extension and MIME validation. Administrator access and a valid WordPress nonce are required; a successful upload can create a web shell in the public media directory and execute server-side commands.
