Account deletion via unchecked batch identifiers

Improper authorization in jshERP 3.0 through 3.5 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary user accounts via deleteBatch. The /jshERP-boot/user/deleteBatch endpoint accepts attacker-chosen ids and performs batch account deletion without enforcing its administrator-only permission. Any low-privilege account can submit the request, and successful exploitation removes the selected accounts without affecting confidentiality.
