Transcoder crash via unchecked encoder option

Reachable assertion in the JasPer JPEG2000 encoder 4.2.0 through 4.2.5 allows local users to crash the transcoder via malformed options. The encoder converts an empty or invalid cblkwidth value to zero and passes it to jpc_floorlog2, violating its x > 0 assertion and raising SIGABRT. Exploitation requires local command execution and interrupts only the affected transcoder process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
