Application crash via missing color component check

Null pointer dereference in JasPer 4.2.0 through 4.2.5 allows local users to crash the application via malformed image conversion. jas_image_chclrspc uses a negative index returned for a missing color component in image-component accessors without first rejecting it. Exploitation requires local execution with crafted input and color-conversion options; the resulting segmentation fault terminates the process.
