Stored XSS via unneutralized Network Name
Published Aug 11, 2025 · Updated Aug 12, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in JCG Link-net LW-N915R 17s.20.001.908 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via the SSID field. The /wireless/basic.asp page accepts a crafted Network Name value and returns it to an administrator's browser without neutralizing executable markup. Exploitation requires high-privilege management access and a victim to load the affected settings page, enabling script execution in that browser context.
