Remote SMF crash via stale HTTP/2 stream

Denial of service in Open5GS SMF 2.7.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the SMF via a closed HTTP/2 stream. During PDU Session release, smf_state_operational fatally asserts that an already-removed stream still exists instead of rejecting the stale event. A closed stream or RST_STREAM during UE deregistration, including under memory pressure, terminates the entire SMF process rather than only the affected UE context.
