AMF crash via stale RAN UE assertion

Denial of service in Open5GS AMF 2.7.0 through 2.7.5 allows remote attackers to crash the AMF through a late SBI response. The policy-control and PDU-session builders assert that a RAN UE context still exists when asynchronous SBI client events arrive, so a response received after cleanup invokes a fatal abort. Exploitation requires a race in which the RAN UE context is removed before the corresponding SBI response, interrupting AMF service.
