Process crash via malformed options file

Memory corruption in GNU libopts 27.6 and earlier allows local users to crash a linked program via a malformed options file. The remove_settings function searches malformed configuration-file data with strstr without preserving valid string bounds, causing an out-of-bounds read in __strstr_sse2. A local low-privileged user must cause an AutoOpts-based program with load-opts support to process the crafted file; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
