Credential disclosure via unencrypted login traffic
Published Aug 8, 2025 · Updated Aug 12, 2025
Cleartext credential transmission in macrozheng mall 1.0.0 through 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to intercept passwords and JWT tokens. The /admin/login authentication flow submits plaintext passwords over HTTP, and token-authenticated APIs likewise transmit JWTs without transport encryption. Exploitation requires visibility into the HTTP path; captured administrator credentials can be replayed for account takeover, with no reported availability impact from the disclosure itself.
