Unauthorized tag changes via unprotected admin request

Cross-site request forgery in ZHENFENG13 MyBlog 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter tags through a forged request. The /admin/tags/save handler accepts state-changing requests containing tagName without any CSRF protection or origin-bound token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to submit attacker-controlled content, and the resulting action is limited to unauthorized tag changes.
