Arbitrary file overwrite via unchecked upload path

Path traversal in MigoXLab LMeterX 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to overwrite server files through the certificate-upload API. The process_cert_files function joins an unvalidated task_id beneath UPLOAD_FOLDER, allowing ../ segments to escape that directory before the uploaded file is opened for writing. A multipart POST to /api/upload is sufficient, and the overwrite is limited by the backend process's filesystem permissions.
