Subscriber-level stored XSS via unescaped album descriptions

Stored XSS in WP Photo Album Plus 9.0.11.006 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into album descriptions. The wppa_user_upload function stores user-supplied description content without sufficient input sanitization, and album rendering outputs it without adequate escaping. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the payload executes in another user's browser when that user views the affected album, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
