Sampled-data disclosure via leaky optimizer operator

Information disclosure in PostgreSQL before 17.6, 16.10, 15.14, 14.19, and 13.22 allows remote authenticated users to read protected sampled data. During selectivity estimation, planner functions failed to check permissions on the top parent table, letting a crafted leaky operator reach child-table histograms and most-common-values lists. A valid database login and a partitioning or table-inheritance hierarchy are required; the result is read-only disclosure of sampled values hidden by view ACLs or row-security policies.
