Stored XSS via unescaped widget attributes
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
Stored XSS in ThemeLooks Enter Addons 2.2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through widget attributes. The Countdown and Image Comparison widgets accept user-supplied attributes without sufficient sanitization and render them without adequate output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the stored script executes in the browser whenever a user opens the injected page.
