Blind SSRF via unsafe URL cron requests

Blind SSRF in WP Crontrol 1.17.0 through 1.19.1 allows remote authenticated users to send requests to arbitrary URLs. The URL cron event handler passes its stored URL to wp_remote_request without destination safety validation, allowing internal addresses. Administrator-level access is required, and asynchronous execution prevents reading or timing responses while still permitting blind queries or modifications to internal services.
