Local service crash via DSS double-free

Double-free in Libav 12.0 through 12.3 allows local users to crash the avconv process by processing a crafted DSS file. During cleanup after DSS demuxing, avconv's main function frees the same allocation twice, causing memory corruption and an abort. A low-privileged local user must cause the command-line tool to process the crafted file; no remote service exposure is reported.
