Stored cross-site scripting via unsanitized race name

Stored cross-site scripting in Portábilis i-Educar 2.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. The educar_raca_cad.php endpoint stores the nm_raca value without sanitization, and educar_raca_lst.php renders it as executable markup. High-privileged access is required to save the payload, and execution requires another user to open the race-list page, enabling actions in that user's session.
