Database manipulation via unsanitized mname parameter
Published Aug 3, 2025 · Updated Aug 4, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Online Medicine Guide 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate the database through the mname field. The /adaddmed.php handler places the POST mname value directly into a MySQL query without validation, sanitization, or parameter binding. No authentication is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates boolean-, error-, and time-based database inference.
