SQL injection in Online Medicine Guide 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through a crafted Search parameter. /cusfindambulence2.php inserts the POST Search value directly into a SQL query without validation or parameter binding. No authentication is required; time-based blind and UNION payloads can disclose data and perform unauthorized database operations.
