Unauthenticated SQL injection via unvalidated gallery ID
Published Aug 2, 2025 · Updated Aug 4, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Hotel Reservation System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the id parameter. The deletegallery.php endpoint inserts the unvalidated id value directly into a MySQL query, allowing injected expressions such as SLEEP to change query execution. No login is required, and the demonstrated time-based blind technique can disclose database contents or perform unauthorized operations within the application's database privileges.
