Unauthenticated file writes and deletion via cookie traversal

Path traversal in Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 1.3.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to write and delete files. The upload and deletion handlers use the wpcf7_guest_user_id cookie to construct a per-guest path without rejecting traversal sequences. No authentication is required; upload types remain validated, and deletion is confined to the plugin's uploads tree.
