Unauthenticated database read and write via unescaped email
Published Aug 1, 2025 · Updated Aug 1, 2025
SQL injection in Kitchen Treasure 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the registration email field. userregistration.php inserts the multipart email parameter directly into an SQL query without validation, escaping, or parameter binding. No login is required; the public proof of concept demonstrates error-based and time-based blind queries, with impact bounded by the database account's privileges.
